MarketDeal24.Com – President of the United States Donald J. Trump has declared the state of emergency across the whole of the United States of America, a move which will empower his administration free up to $50 billion to fight the ‘Coronavirus’ epidemic.
After creating much anger and confusion throughout different segments of the society by his dismissive public remarks, Trump finally realised the gravity of the situation as the epidemic has spreaded out to 44 of the 50 US states and the number of infected citizens has climbed up to 1,920 with 41 casualties.
At a press conference in the White House rose garden, Trump announced: “To unleash the full power of the administration for this effort today I am officially declaring a national emergency – two very big words.”
Trump has faced specific scrutiny over a countrywide shortage of diagnosis kits which has been compared in a negative way with South Korea and other severely affected nations. On Friday he paraded a series of major US corporations entering into a public-private partnership (PPP) in order to work on the shortage.
Trump remarked that his team expected “half a million additional test kits will be available early next week which will bring probably 1.4m new tests next week and 5m in a month. Our overriding goal is to stop the spread of the virus.”
